This group is for CEOs exclusively who are seeking collaboration with their peers on the challenges faced while trying to scale their companies.
Peer Advisory Group Requirements:
- CEO level at a franchise brand or sales organization
- Member of IFPG
- Attending 2025 IFPG Retreat
- Agree to our Mastermind group rules
The Mastermind Group for
Franchise Development Executives
This group is designed to cater to those senior leaders who are in charge of growing their franchise brands through additional territory sales. You will have a chance to collaborate with your peers and discuss specific challenges you’ve experienced.
Peer Advisory Group Requirements:
- Exec Level (VP, CDO) at a franchise
- Attending 2025 Retreat
- Member of IFPG
- Agree to our Mastermind group rules
Join us for Mastermind sessions at IFPG Retreat in Hollywood, Florida
We’re hosting our second annual mastermind groups this year and would love you to be a part of it. Only attendees from Retreat can attend (for no extra charge) and it will be first come first serve. Attendees are extremely limited and will be filled quickly.
Questions About Mastermind
Who can attend?
We will have a group for CEOs and a group for Development executives. Registration is free for attendees of Retreat and will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis
How many in each group?
The most effective peer groups are small. We aim to have 15 members in each group.
How do you handle competitive industries?
All attendees will agree that nothing learned or shared in the sessions will be shared outside of those sessions. Should competitive industries or businesses exist in the group, we will discuss with each member directly beforehand.
